Are Pets Allowed:

Yes we allow both cats and dogs, there is a $50/month additional charge per pet as well as a $250 additional security deposit. Certain breed restrictions do apply.

Which breeds are not allowed:

Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids and Huskies full blood or mixed at any percentage are prohibited, except dogs trained to assist the disabled and active duty canine police officers residing with an active duty law enforcement officer.

Is there an application fee:

We do not charge an application fee to apply.

What are normal lease lengths:

A standard lease is 12 months, however, there is some flexibility here for considerations.

What does the tenant pay for:

Tenants are responsible for all bills pertaining to their home; heat, water, electricity, trash pickup, cable etc.
